Is the Dirty Bomb server still up?

We announced at the beginning of the year that dedicated server for Dirty Bomb would be running in active regions until the end of the year, and that we would be exploring future options at the end of the year. The dedicated server will be closing on December 18th. On Dec 16, 2019.
