Is wing buffing permanent?

It's a good idea to spend your Ascended Candles before you are reborn because Wing Buffs are given to you in Orbit at the end ofEDEN. If you buy them at the Constellation Table in Home Space or from the Spirits in Social Spaces, you'll only get the Wing Buff when you return toEden.
