Exit FTL is the usage. Double-clicking FTLProfileEditor.dll will open it in a new window. You may be prompted to locate your FTL data file on the first run. "Profile" or "Saved Game" are the appropriate tabs to switch to. A profile can be opened. Make any changes you want. Save and close the editor. Try out your new boat.
