"sr2_pc.exe" is the file you'll see if you have Saints Row 2 running. It is up to you to choose. Click on "Enable Speedhack" and choose the speed you want the game to run at, for example, 0.95 which will make the game run at 98% of its speed. Click on "Apply" if you don't mind.
