How do you get scruat in ice age village?

In your village, catch scrat comes every 4 minutes. He will return after 2 minutes if you didn't catch him the first time. The timer will be frozen if you leave in between visiting times. After starting the game again, quitting the game will make him appear 3 minutes later.
