Is Far Cry 4 better?

In Far Cry 4, there was an issue with the movement and gun controls being a bit on the floaty side, but in Primal, there is no such issue. Very responsive and on point, and graphically it's a terrific looking game, but I feel that Far Cry 4 is the winner in terms of setting. On Mar 4, 2017!
