Is the effect cross buy?

Enhance's one-year exclusive deal with the Epic Games Store may be the reason that the Quest version of Tetris Effect doesn't have cross- buy compatibility with the Oculus store. I want to be able to play the portable version of the game, and a truly portable version of the game is a gift.
