Is there any knowledge in drag racing?

Even though there are no corners, it is still a lot of fun and even just watching is enjoyable. Drag Racing requires a lot of skill but it is a different kind of skill. Is there anything else you'd like to see? Driving skills don't come with the car, so Drag Racing isn't as good as it could be.
