What is the difference between Saints Row 4 and 4 re elected?

The Xbox and PS3 versions of Saints Row IV have a noticeable improvement over Re-Elected. Obviously it's higher resolution, the lighting's a bit nicer, character models are a bit more detailed, and everything moves a little more smoothly as you glide past at high speeds.
