Is that race 3? In the direction of the Slaughterhouse, go to open waters instead of the Main Canal. You can see the red bar barrier that Alpha put up if you go towards it. You can jump over that. The Slaughterhouse is the location of races 3 and 4. On Dec. 27, 2003
