How to get a Juggernaut suit from Warzone Bunkers requires a red keycard. Randomly spawned from loot boxes across Verdansk, Red Keycards are rare loot items. Step 2 is to go to one of the Keycard enabled Bunkers. Some Warzone Bunkers take key codes instead of key cards, and not all of them are currently active.
