If you want to increase a Hyper Evolved Ranger's maximum level, you need to have at least one copy of that Ranger at the same grade. If you use a Hyper Leonard to increase a Hyper Evolved Ranger's maximum level, they will get 1 Leonard Point in addition to the increased maximum level and EXP.
