Is Final Fantasy Xv Pocket Edition a full game?

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition is an abbreviated version of Final Fantasy XV for players who don't have time, patience or attention span for the full game. Is there anything else you'd like to see? I get through the game's opening moments, but when the world opens up and the sidequests start popping, I get lost.
